When they founded the company in 2001, their vision was to turn passion for events into a business. Now, almost 20 years later, the team still does what they love with joy, enthusiasm, and dedication.
Many things have changed and evolved over the past 20 years. inspiria has grown, their projects have become more complex, and new technology have given new opportunities.
The core team of more than 10 employees works together with a large pool of specialized freelancers and project managers. Inspiria has two locations in Vienna and Salzburg and are active throughout whole Austria.
Each year, they organize around 50 events. Inspiria event service covers the entire project planning process or individual services, such as social programs for conferences, location scouting, personnel services, and much more for small to mid-size companies and large corporations.

WHEN TO VISIT
As Austria provides such a lot of different destinations it is always a good season to visit this country. The cities can be visited all over the year, also in winter season, then you can integrate the romantic Christmas markets. In the mountain regions skiing season starts already at the beginning of December and normally ends in the middle of April. In spring, summer and autumn all kind of outdoor activities can be done.
